Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Zoom interviews and assist in the candidate selection process.- Filter and evaluate qualified candidates based on established criteria.- Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure proper documentation is organized.- Manage and organize documentation received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies.- Utilize Docu Sign for document management and electronic signatures.- Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.- Provide excellent communication support to candidates and internal stakeholders. Qualifications:- Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficient in Google Drive and familiar with document management tools.- Experience with Docu Sign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
