Key Responsibilities:Plans, direct and oversee the project implementation: Promotes excellence in planning, executions and reporting of the program.Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain effective project monitoring and evaluation, adaptation and learning, reporting, visibility, and communication systems, including knowledge management and dissemination of the results. Directly supervise members of the Coordination Team, leads overseeing reporting, communication and MEL systems.Budget and risk Management: Ensure procurements are launched in a timely manner, expenses are reasonable, allocated as per assigned budget, prudent and spent in accordance with to the donor regulations and World Vision. Ensure policies and standards are in places and activated in the program (accountability, anti-fraud, corruption, safeguarding child protection, etc...)Program liaison to the donors, relationship building and communication during program implementation including intra-consortia coordination, local actors, and others partners.Responsible for being the focal point of the consortium in the steering committee.Human Resources: Supervise, ensure proper technical and management capacity of staff assigned to the program.Required Professional ExperienceThree to five years’ experience related to implementation of programs in lower to middle income economies.Minimum of three years of experience working in food assistance and humanitarian context, ensuring the integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion.Prior experience leading and managing large and complex programs, preferably as CoP or Project Manager of a USG funded project.Excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships with the donors, host-country counterparts and representatives from other key stakeholders such as NGOs, CSOs, and the private sector.Substantial prior experience working on major donors-funded projects, and knowledge operations, priorities, and programming.Required Education, training, license, registration and certificationMaster’s degree or equivalent in business administration, project management, or other field directly related to food assistance and nutrition preferred.Demonstrable capacity to create effective system and tools to manage and share information of complex program (strong ITC skills update, data analysis capacity)Preferred Knowledge and QualificationsPreferred experience in Venezuela or Latin America and the Caribbean countries.Travel and/or Work EnvironmentFrequent travel to Provinces, districts and communities 40%Language Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
