We are seeking a Supervisor Condition Monitoring Unit to Participate in maintaining an excellent plant safety record, perform continuous optimization of PR CBM programs for efficient resources utilization and improve plant reliability and availability through efficient CBM implementation. Safety Participate in maintaining an excellent plant safety record during the commissioning, start up and continuous operation. Administrate the safety awareness of the CBM unit employees by enhancing safety talks, near miss reporting and safety suggestion 2. CBM Program Optimisation , Perform continuous optimization of PR CBM programs for efficient resources utilization by ensuring that essential activities are implemented as per PM, performing periodic audit on the CBM program for improvement opportunities and carrying out periodical checks to verify and ensure quality 3. Improvements , Improve plant reliability and availability through efficient CBM implementation, proper and effective tracking system and audit completed PM work orders 4. Goals and Objectives ,Develop the unit / employees goals (key objectives) and monitor progress and achievements 5. Training Develop a comprehensive training program for the unit employees & ensure that adequate & timely training is given to targeted individuals as per the approved plan 6. Unit Administration , Carry out the required unit administrative roles by supervising the unit activities and developing required resources. Further, recommend promotions for unit employees if they meet the promotion criteria 7.
