Job Title: Bilingual Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Outbound Sales Calls (English–Spanish)Location: Remote (Latin America)Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist fluent in English and Spanish to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of outbound sales calls for both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
This role is ideal for someone who already has QA experience in a call center or sales operations, with a strong understanding of how tone, clarity, and empathy drive results.
You'll ensure every conversation meets company standards, maintains cultural sensitivity, and supports consistent conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities Listen to and assess outbound sales calls conducted in English and Spanish.
Evaluate calls for script adherence, tone, professionalism, and call flow effectiveness.
Identify communication gaps, misalignments, or compliance issues and provide constructive feedback.
Create detailed QA reports and performance summaries highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations teams to maintain a high standard of communication across both languages.
Assist in refining call scripts and training materials to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
Track and analyze call data to identify recurring trends or training needs.
Qualifications2–3 years of experience as a QA Specialist or QA Analyst in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center settings.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong grasp of sales and customer interaction dynamics (lead generation, appointment setting, objection handling).
Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver consistent and fair evaluations.
