The ideal candidate has HVAC, sheet metal, and piping experience on large commercial and industrial builds with MEP budgets of $10 M+Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more Create and maintain project schedules Adhere to project scope and budget Qualifications5+ years of Mechanical construction experience Mission critical or entertainment project experience preferred BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000.
