Woodcraft Hospitality is a leader in custom furniture manufacturing for the hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our sales, operations, and client teams. This role plays a critical part in managing custom furniture project quotes and ensuring seamless communication between clients and overseas suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage RFPs: Review and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for custom furniture projects and communicate with overseas suppliers. Collaborate with Engineers: Work with the overseas engineering team to extract details from architectural drawings for proposals. ERP Management: Enter and manage all product and component details within the ERP system to ensure accurate quoting. Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of all item details before submitting quotes to clients. Deadline Management: Track RFP deadlines and promptly communicate any potential delays to the sales team. Revise Proposals: Assist the Supply Chain Manager or President in modifying proposals based on client feedback. Client Support: Step in for the Project Manager when needed to update clients on project statuses. Documentation Management: Ensure all RFP documents are organized and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Administrative Support: Provide general project coordination support as required. Qualifications English Proficiency: C1/C2 level (spoken and written) – Required. Education: A four-year degree is preferred. Experience: Background in engineering or architecture is preferred. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in estimates and project documents. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), ERP systems, Airtable, and project management software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and overseas partners. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of furniture manufacturing, including wood, veneers, and construction methods. Compensation and Work Schedule Salary: $800 - $1,100 USD per month (depending on experience)Location: Remote (Venezuela only)Work Hours: Up to 50 hours per week, with availability for communication during Asian time zones Reports To: Operations Manager and President Growth Opportunity This position offers a clear path for advancement.
