Job Description:



We are currently seeking a Spanish and English interpreter Non US based to join our team at Grupo Noa International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing live interpretation services over the phone between doctors and patients for our client, a medical call center. Is essential that the candidate has the ability to understand and interpret a variety of medical-related terminology and be knowledgeable about various medical processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide live interpretation services between doctors and patients/clients

• Accurately interpret conversations in Spanish and English languages

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in interpreting medical information

• Adhere to the code of ethics and standards of interpretation

• Provide constant communication and updates to team leaders and supervisors



Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English languages

• Minimum of 3 year of experience in interpretation, preferably in medical interpretation. If not, the candidate must have a medical background or understanding of medical lingo and terminology.

• Ability to work a minimum 6 hours between 9 am to 9 pm EST

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Internet connection of 10 MB download and upload. Must be connected via LAN cable. It cannot be wireless or through a data card. Check that latency doesn't go off over 100 ms. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest.net

• Good Computer (processor: Intel Core i3 8th Gen or better - RAM: 6GB or better).

• Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
