PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe primary purpose of this role is to enable, lead, and coordinate the various functions within our Recruitment Group to ensure the achievement of both our mission-driven objectives and financial targets. MAIN MISSION: Enable, Lead, and Coordinate: You will enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of our recruitment group business to provide effective and close recruitment solutions for clients and candidates. In doing so, you’ll collaborate with leaders in Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas, fostering a management style that empowers and enables your team. Develop and Apply Expertise: you’ll develop, also thanks to our training, a deep expertise in recruitment in healthcare and related areas such as contracts (between candidates and healthcare organizations), immigration law, financial and accounting considerations for candidates, mediation and conflict prevention, etc. This holistic approach will enable our company to deliver a recruitment service that integrates a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ businesses, candidates, and the patients they serve.
