Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and a keen interest in manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in daily financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, inventory tracking, and cost analysis. Key Responsibilities:
You’ll assist with a variety of financial duties, including:
Preparing and reviewing invoices; managing accounts receivable
Supporting cost analysis and reporting for manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and facilities
Assisting with inventory valuation, COGS tracking, and fixed asset control
Helping set and monitor standard costs for manufactured goods
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Generating weekly, monthly, and annual P&L reports
Identifying and flagging financial discrepancies or inefficiencies
Supporting internal controls and payment processes
Collaborating with operations to improve financial performance
Maintaining accurate records and helping streamline finance workflows
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
Familiarity with Quick Books and ERP systems
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
English proficiency (C1–C2 level)
A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment
What We Offer:
$800 a month (paid bi-weekly)
Mon—Fri 8 am to 5 pm (Eastern Time)
Bi-weekly payments (15th and last day of each month)
