Virtue Staff is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse customer base.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Provide input on customer trends and potential areas of improvement for the service experience.
Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
