We are seeking a  Rotating Equipment QA engineer   to  Manage the predictive maintenance activities of the PRC plants rotating equipment, and provide technical support on the rotating equipment vibration issues, besides supporting its condition verification after maintenance activities. Also, oversee and manage the rotating equipment maintenance quality measures in terms of quality assurance.  Quality Assurance Engineer who will monitor quality standards for all rotating maintenance activities. Responsible for ensuring repair works meet the established standards of quality to maintain reliable equipment performance.   Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 15 years of experience in the Rotating Equipment maintenance field 8 years related to QA/QC roles for rotating equipment maintenance Well knowledgeable of the international codes and standers such as API610, API 611, API 617 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Duties and responsabilities: Develops and audits the procedures/ documentation/ certifications and quality programs used in Rotating equipment repair. Develops, update, and audit the quality control forms that shall be used by the maintenance execution teams Lead investigations on rework incidents and log statistics of causes for rework, also develops measures to prevent the reoccurrence of rework.
