Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with realtors and brokerages for our innovative real estate software platform.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, overcoming objections, and driving business growth through consistent outreach.
Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to real estate agents, brokers, and Investors.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our real estate software, tailoring the pitch to the prospect's needs.
Qualify leads by identifying interest, needs, and decision-making authority.
Schedule product demos or introductory meetings with the sales or business development team.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them toward conversion.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting (real estate industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM/data entry.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with real estate software, CRMs, or real estate workflows is a plus.
