THE ROLEWe are currently seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our internal recruitment team with the initial contact of candidates and other duties involved in their recruitment processes. You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following: Sourcing and contacting potential applicants that fit search criteria Read and reply to Linked In messages in a timely manner Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline Conducting interviews, and taking and organizing interview notes Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date Complete and submit reports and metrics Other administrative activities related to the role Requirements C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remote Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree A quiet home office with a desk and office chair Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed A laptop/desktop with 8 GB RAM, a 1.6 GHz processor, and 50 GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone Access to a quiet "home office"Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, Wi Pod, etc.)Benefits Our pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month)Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance Discretionary bonuses5 Holidays as PTO10 Self-care days.
