About the Role We are currently seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria.
Read and reply to Linked In messages in a timely manner.
Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.
Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline.
Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes.
Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date.
Complete and submit reports and metrics.
Other administrative activities related to the role.
Requirements Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
At least 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote.
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

What We Offer Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
