Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who has great command with the Spanish and English language.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving overall customer experience.
Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries through various channels, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate customer records and information.
You will primarily be handling calls from patients for a neurology clinic.
Concerns are primarily about scheduling.
Training will be paid.
Pay offer is USD 4.00 per hour.
