Job Description: The Head of Mission will lead our efforts in developing an effective programme strategy, focusing on emergency and protection initiatives. This includes close collaboration with local NGOs, capacity building, and risk assessment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive programme strategy aligned with global objectives. Oversee proposal writing and donor relations to secure funding. Liaise with national authorities, donors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution. Implement safeguarding policies and manage human resources. Requirements: Advanced degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, or related field. Proven experience in senior management roles within complex country programmes. Strong understanding of protection, GBV, and project management principles.
