We’re looking for a Semi-Senior or Senior Architect with expertise in Canadian building codes, standards, and regulations. Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical details. Guide junior architects and designers, fostering collaboration and growth within the team. What you must bring to the table: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in the Canadian market. Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards (e.g., NBC, provincial regulations). Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Archi CAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
