On behalf of our client - Starkflow is looking for a strong BACKEND engineer with proven experience with Rust to join the team. A successful candidate would be working on the backend systems, including networking, infrastructure, node software, and client software while contributing to protocol design. Work type: Full-time, fully remote QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience with Rust and its async libraries, particularly Tokio Strong understanding of RPC protocols, including HTTP and Web Socket APIs Familiarity with backend blockchain development, including node and client software, as well as supporting infrastructure Familiarity with leading Web3 technologies, particularly the EVM and its surrounding ecosystem NICE TO HAVES: Proficiency in Postgre SQL and Rust ecosystem libraries like Diesel, SQLx, and Sea ORMExperience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with implementing and utilizing g RPC APIs Experience with observability tools, specifically Open Telemetry and metrics aggregation Understanding of peer-to-peer networking concepts, including libp2p and Distributed Hash Tables (DHT)Basic knowledge of cryptographic principles, including hash functions and pairing-based cryptography (ECDSA, BLS)Basic knowledge of AWS and GCPSeniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industries: Internet Publishing
